Shipping and Returns.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because our products are printed on demand via our Pre-order Campaigns, and are therefore unique to each customer, we unfortunately are not able to accept returns or offer any exchanges. If, however, your product is damaged upon delivery or incorrect, we will either send out a replacement product or offer you a full refund. You can register your request here - please do this prior to returning any items. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds will be processed once your issue has been resolved - this can take up to one week. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to screen-print and ship all orders within 10-15 working days of the pre-order campaign ending. You’ll receive an email once your order has gone into production and another once it has been shipped.

Shipping times depend on the service you selected and your location. Customers in the UK can expect their order 1-3 working days after they’ve received their ‘Item Sent’ confirmation email. For international orders, the wait can be up to 2 weeks.

What shipping method does Honky Tonk Trading Co. use? How much does it cost?

We ship all of our orders via Royal Mail.

We have several postage options available which are priced as follows:
UK Standard (Royal Mail) - £3.95
UK Tracked (Royal Mail) - £5.95
International Standard - £7.00
International Tracked - £11.00

For all UK orders, there is an additional fee of £1.50 for each physical item in the order. For all International orders, there is an additional fee of £2.00 for each physical item in the order.

Does Honky Tonk Trading Co. ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to almost anywhere in the world, see above for more details about our shipping charges.

How can I track my order?

If you selected ‘Tracked’ shipping at checkout, you will receive information via email once your order has been dispatched.

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?

Please contact us here, and we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement to be sent out.
